01 · Challenge

Every AI sales tool promises the same thing. Breakout is a connected system of agents, not a single bot, and that difference is hard to show a buyer in the first visit.

02 · Approach

We gave Breakout one visual logic across its website and product: a single 'Ask AI' command bar that opens into the whole system, a site built around one demand-gen engine, and motion for what a screenshot can't carry.

03 · Outcome

A website, product surface and launch story that read as one engine instead of a list of features, for a startup that has raised $3.25M. The partnership continues.

01The challenge

In AI for sales, every product says it finds buyers and books meetings. The one that explains itself fastest wins the first visit.

A system, not a single bot

Breakout is the inbound AI SDR for revenue marketing teams. Its agents identify buyers, convert handraisers and run the full demand gen motion, from first signal to closed pipeline. They work as one connected system (Signals, Inbound SDR, MarkOps, Campaigns), plus drop-in Breakout Blocks.

That depth is the product's strength and the website's problem. A connected multi-agent system takes a paragraph to explain, and a first-time visitor gives it a few seconds. Founded by Sachin Gupta and Hitesh Aggarwal and backed by Village Global, with customers like Barti and HackerEarth, Breakout needed the site and the product itself to make something complex feel simple and obviously different.

02Strategy

Show the system working, instead of describing it

Most AI SDR sites list features and hope the buyer connects them. We started from the opposite end: the visitor should feel the connected system before they read about it. So the design leans on three decisions.

Design idea

One connected engine, not a pile of features

  1. 01

    One entry point

A single Ask AI input that opens into everything Breakout does, so the product explains itself by being used.

  2. 02

    One visual logic

Indigo, glass and a single sparkle across the site, the product and the launch material, so it reads as one company.

  3. 03

    Motion for the hard parts

Animation for the multi-agent story, the part a static screenshot cannot carry.

03Product

One input that opens into a whole system

On product, we designed the centre command bar: a single 'Ask AI' input that expands into everything Breakout does. It begins as a quiet glass orb and grows into a conversation, with a dock of tools beneath it.

We drew it state by state: resting, hover, expanding on scroll, auto-suggestions, docked, chat open, the nudge, even an enterprise-security context. A component that appears on every page of a customer's site has to behave in every situation, so the states are the design.

Chat transcripts and integration tiles that show Breakout answering buyer questions in context

Tools that show up when the visitor needs them

From the same bar, a visitor can summarise a page, book a call, run an ROI estimate, watch a demo or talk to a real person. Each one is a small, focused surface rather than a new page, so a buyer gets what they came for without leaving where they are.

04Website

A site that frames one demand-gen engine

On the website, every section answers the same question: what does this connected system do for a revenue team? The page turns browsers into handraisers, shows the agents at work in small product scenes, and keeps one clear next step in view from the first screen to the last.

Features are grouped by the job they do (know who's browsing, never miss a data point, meet the decision-makers) rather than by internal product names, so a marketing lead can find their own problem on the page.

The closing line 'Your website, powered by AI.' on a large indigo button

05Brand and motion

One visual logic, from product to billboard

Indigo fading into lilac, soft glass surfaces and a single sparkle: the same language runs through the product, the site and the launch material. The palette stays narrow so the product UI, not decoration, does the talking.

Motion carries the part of the story a screenshot cannot: agents handing a lead from one to the next, the command bar growing from orb to conversation, and headlines that assemble as a visitor scrolls.

06Spoc

The same system, extended to Spoc

A good system should travel. We carried Breakout's language into Spoc, a GTM product from Breakout where one brief, written in plain language, sets one agent running across the whole stack. The idea is the same one as the command bar, scaled up: say what you want, and everything runs.
